1. Products & Services

Redwood Garage specializes in automotive replacement body parts, primarily for Tesla vehicles. Many products sold are unpainted, primer-only body components intended for professional installation or body shop use.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for reference purposes only. Minor variations may occur.

2. Fitment Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm vehicle compatibility, configuration, and fitment before purchasing.

We strongly recommend contacting us prior to ordering to verify:

Vehicle year and model
Left/right orientation
Sensor openings or configuration differences
Pickup or shipping arrangements

Redwood Garage is not responsible for incorrect orders resulting from unverified fitment.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice.

For items requiring shipping, shipping costs are not included unless explicitly stated. Customers must obtain and approve a shipping quote prior to completing payment.

Orders placed without confirmed shipping arrangements may be delayed or canceled.

4. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Chicago warehouse by appointment only.

Once an item has been inspected and picked up by the customer, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.

5. Shipping

Shipping is offered upon request only. Delivery times, carriers, and costs may vary based on item size, destination, and carrier availability.

Redwood Garage is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility is governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

In general:

Painted, installed, modified, or damaged items are not eligible for return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Redwood Garage does not cover return transportation or handling fees

Please review the Returns & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redwood Garage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to installation costs, labor charges, or vehicle downtime.
