Local Pickup (Chicago Warehouse)

Redwood Garage primarily offers local pickup from our Chicago warehouse. Customers are welcome to visit the warehouse to inspect items and pick up orders in person.

Local pickup allows customers to verify condition and fitment before taking possession of the item.

Shipping Orders

Shipping is available upon request.

Because many of our products are large, oversized automotive body parts, shipping costs are not included by default.

If you require shipping instead of local pickup:

Please contact us before making payment to request a shipping quote
Shipping costs will be calculated based on item size, weight, destination, and carrier availability
Payment should be completed only after the shipping cost has been confirmed and approved

Orders placed without prior shipping confirmation may be delayed or canceled.

Returns & Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Redwood Garage does not cover return shipping or transportation fees
Customers may choose to return eligible items in person at our Chicago warehouse to avoid shipping costs
Any costs associated with transportation, handling, or return logistics remain the customer’s responsibility
